François-Xavier (FX) Dussart is based in Brussels, where he leads Oath’s public policy arm as it relates to the EU institutions, Germany, France, Italy and Spain. Oath, a subsidiary of Verizon, is a values-led company committed to building brands people love.

Oath reaches more than one billion people around world with a dynamic house of over 50 media and technology brands. To this end, FX brings a diverse wealth of experience as a French lawyer by background with  a degrees in public, environmental, industrial and technical law.

FX has over 11 years of lobbying experience, both at European and global levels. He represented various industries in the fields of IT, energy, and chemicals. Prior to Oath, FX led Yahoo’s public policy from Brussels beginning  in 2014 and after five years at General Electric (GE), where he led the global policy and regulatory strategy for one of the largest GE industrial businesses.

Following the acquisition of Yahoo by Verizon in June 2017, FX extended his role to represent Oath brands.
