Linas specializes in mergers & acquisitions, corporate law, private equity & venture capital, capital markets and securities.

Linas finished his master‘s degree in law at the Law Faculty of Vilnius University in 2000. He also studied in Åbo University in Turku/Åbo, Finland (1999), and participated in a post graduate programme for lawyers at the German Foundation for International Legal Cooperation in Bonn/Cologne, Germany (2001). Linas completed the Oxford private equity programme at Said Business School, University of Oxford in 2011. He has also successfully completed the Private Equity and Venture Capital Program at Harvard Business School in 2012. Finally, he attended and was granted a Postgraduate Diploma in Financial Strategy (with distinction) at Said Business School of the University of Oxford in 2014.

During the last years Linas has gathered substantial expertise in advising start-up companies on such legal matters as investments from venture capital funds, conversion of convertible bonds into shares, cross-border mergers, share options etc. Linas is proud to have advised such well-known start-ups as TransferGo, Trafi, Spark, Oberlo and many others.
