CEO and mastermind behind social and business initiatives. Currently supervises youth economic, financial literacy and entrepreneurship education organization „Junior Achievement Lithuania“ which has around 20,000 pupils finishing the programs, 300+ teachers being accredited, and 100+ volunteering business organizations being involved every year.

Rusteikienė has been working with enterprises for over a decade and promotes socially responsible and ethical business establishment. 6 years ago she began actively promoting social business in Lithuania and is the co-founder of the first social business accelerator in the Baltic States, as well as an initiator of methodology in schools and actively contributed to the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Lithuania social business concept creation.

In 2015 she was the first young Lithuanian invited to the annual World Economic Forum meeting in Davos.

Former head of „Investors‘ Forum“ strategic and communication projects, founder of transparent business driven initiative „Baltoji banga“ (“Clear Wave“) (in 2017 she prepared a strategy for a similar initiative in Ukraine „UNIC“), co-founder of „City alumni“ and „Pasibelsk“ social initiatives, co-founder of social business accelerator „Socifaction“, partner of public establishment „Geri norai“.

She is also a guest lecturer of business ethics and corporate social responsibility at Vilnius University – focusing her knowledge and experience on youth entrepreneurship education.

Rusteikienė is a member of the World Economic Forum Global Shapers community in Lithuania, chairwoman in 2015 – 2016, AIESEC alumni.
